How it works: MACD crossovers identify momentum shifts before price moves.
- Bullish Cross = MACD line crosses above signal line (momentum turning up)
- Bearish Cross = MACD line crosses below signal line (momentum turning down)
- More frequent than 50/200 MA crossovers - typically multiple signals per month
- Best combined with trend direction for higher probability setups

Standard: 12/26/9. Faster settings catch moves earlier but with more noise.
